Upper Lip

Many women face the problem of having upper lip hair. Electrolysis on the upper lip area will help to solve this issue. The presence of hairs in this area causes discomfort and makes women feel insecure, so the procedure is not so much hygienic as aesthetic. The appearance of upper lip hair often indicates hormonal disorders, so it is worth consulting a doctor before removing hair above the upper lip.
Unlike shaving and waxing, which give a short-term effect, electrolysis allows you to get rid of hair forever. After 5-7 sessions, you will forget about growth around this area.

Prices for such procedures are very affordable, as a small area is being treated. In addition, you will get rid of the irritation and redness that wax leaves. Electrolysis does not traumatise the skin, it is carried out quickly and almost painlessly. Given that facial skin is quite sensitive, your Electrologist can offer to anaesthetise (with numbing cream) the area above the upper lip. The electrical impulse through the microneedle is transmitted to the hair follicle and destroys it. The dead hair follicle will never grow again, and only 2/3 of the former hair will appear from neighbouring follicles. Unlike other methods, electrolysis solves the problem of both dark and fine hair over the lip.

This procedure has other advantages:

Affordable. The cost of the procedure is much lower than ILS or laser hair removal.  For all its advantages, Electrolysis has several disadvantages.  Thermocoagulation/Skin Tag Removal

Thermocoagulation is a specialized treatment using a probe through which a high-frequency electric current flows to eliminate certain superficial vascular, raised and pigmentation cutaneous imperfections such as telangiectasia, spider veins, cherry angiomas and molluscum pendulum.

Thread Veins & Broken Capillaries

The elimination of facial thread veins is one of the many conditions that can be effectively treated with electrolysis, also known as short wave diathermy.

Face thread veins are frequently upsetting, but we can eliminate them.

Skin Tags

Skin tags are small flesh-coloured or brown growths that hang from the skin. Completely harmless, they are usually found on the neck, eyelids, armpits, groin or under the breasts. They tend to grow where skin rubs against itself or clothing, however they can be hereditary and are more common in diabetics and during pregnancy. To remove, the blood supply to the tag is cauterised, causing it to shrivel up and fall off after a few days

Procedure

Electrologist will pierce the thread vein's through the skin with a very small needle, and then an electrical current will be delivered through it to heat and seal the vein. You might be given a numbing lotion before the procedure to make it less painful for you. Your thread vein(s) will become significantly less apparent during the next few weeks.

Aftercare

Your skin may appear red and puffy after the operation, but this will go away in a few hours. Please know that this is simply the skin's normal reaction to minor damage. We suggest avoiding touching the area as much as you can, including picking and itching, to speed up the healing process. Moreover, you should wait at least 24 hours before using any skincare or makeup on the treated areas.

If possible, try to refrain from blowing your nose forcefully if you have nasal thread veins that have been treated. Moreover, you should avoid swimming, saunas, and intense exercise for at least 48 hours after your treatment. Always keep treatment locations out of direct sunlight, as it is not advised to apply skincare products like SPF to treated regions of the skin within the first 24 hour.
